Hoarder cleanouts
We do hoarder cleanouts, and we handle them with discretion. We work at the family’s pace, without judgment, and we keep things as quiet as a cleanout can be. Tell us what has to be saved, such as papers, photos or keepsakes, and the crew sets it aside before anything leaves the house.
Estate clear-outs
When a family has to empty a home, we sort what stays and what goes, set valuables aside for auction, haul away the rest, and leave the house ready to sell. Anything the family keeps can be moved to a new home or storage at our regular moving rate.
Evictions, trash-outs and unit turnovers
For property managers and landlords: abandoned-unit and eviction trash-outs, clearing units between tenants, furniture and heavy-item removal, resident move-in and move-out help, and overflow labor. How cleanouts are priced
Every cleanout gets a free estimate first, in person or by video. The price depends on how much there is, how hard it is to reach, and what has to be disposed of. Heavier or unsanitary jobs are priced for the work involved. You get the price before we start. See our other rates and policies.

Harford County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Howard, Carroll, Prince George’s and Montgomery counties, from our base in Abingdon. Office hours are 8 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week.
