Three things that decide a Baltimore County move

Elevator buildings need a reservation, not a phone call on the day

The apartment and condo towers around Towson, Timonium and the Owings Mills corridor almost all require a reserved service elevator, a certificate of insurance on file, and moving confined to weekday hours.
