Montgomery Village Avenue runs from the I-270 exit through the middle of the community, and it is the way in for everything. The exit is slow at the evening peak, and the Lakeforest area at the south end adds turning traffic. For hops inside the Village we use the loop roads and stay off the avenue.
Village courts and shared parking
Most townhomes here face a court with assigned and visitor parking rather than a driveway. The truck sits in the visitor row or on the loop road and the crew carries across. Neighbours leaving the nearest spaces clear on move day makes a real difference, and the Foundation generally just wants notice.
Garden condos and interior stairs
