The gate
The main gate off Georgia Avenue (MD-97) needs the crew on a visitor list, and the security staff will check. We send the truck details and the names in advance so nobody is waiting at the barrier with a loaded vehicle. The Norbeck Road (MD-28) side has its own access rules; we confirm which gate the building uses.
Elevator reservations and building windows
The mid-rise and high-rise buildings each have a reserved-elevator process, pads that must be hung, and a window that is often shorter than the move. We book the window, arrive early to pad, and size the crew so the elevator never sits idle. Missing a window can push a move by days here.
Garden-style buildings without elevators
