About Mosby Movers
Why Choose Us?
A Maryland moving company, owner-run since 2016
Mosby Movers is a local moving company based in Abingdon, Maryland, owned by Rick Mosby. Since 2016 we’ve moved apartments, townhouses and houses across Harford, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll, Anne Arundel, Howard, Prince George’s and Montgomery counties.
We also do labor-only loading and unloading, furniture and single-item delivery, and clean-outs for families and property managers.
One hourly rate, with the truck and crew included
Local moves are $185 an hour with a four-hour minimum. That covers the truck, a crew of two or three movers, furniture wrapping, and taking beds and tables apart and putting them back together.
Already have a rental truck or a container? Our labor-only crews are $165 an hour with a three-hour minimum.
Open 8 AM to 6 PM, seven days a week
Call or text 443-622-4869 any day of the week. When a crew is open, we can often move you the same day or the next day.
Trusted by agents, lenders and property managers
Real estate agents and lenders send us their clients because closing dates depend on move day going right. Property managers call us for move-outs, turnovers and clean-outs between tenants.
